IMO, they would be well advised to raise earlier than later. God forbid we have another delay. If they haven't raised, investors would be toast.

I'm pretty sure RVNC won't wait (six months) for FDA approval before financing; however, the favorable resubmission schedule (compared to my prior expectations) may allow RVNC to do a relatively small pre-approval financing and a larger post-approval financing, which will presumably be on much better terms.
