You are correct. The Pro Rights dude said so on Twitter when someone asked him.

I'm happy to know that VNUE no longer has a partnership with Music Pro Rights. The CEO of Music Pro Rights was the one black mark against VNUE and the relationship was definitely a cause for much reservation.
