Disappointed to lose management from Stageit that seemed excited to bring their backgrounds to launching Soundstr in a bigger way.
The Stageit debt payoff is good to hear, but I suspect comes from our new financing -- borrow from Peter to pay Paul.
PR definitely could have been better, but appears they aren't quite ready for the uplist, and need/needed to work on the new debt some more first.
There are number of ways they can surprise the market in a big way - NFTs, Soundstr deals with online companies or big radio conglomerate, Music Rights company deal, or a big surprise affirmative move re the American Music Fairness Act. Nobody knows 'if' or 'when' on these, but it's why we continue to wait. Until then Mr. Market may be our biggest worry.
