Statue of limitations are likely up for P5. That is if they actually did anything wrong?? We'll never know. NWBO seems to have turned into a kind of private CDMO incubator of sorts since then. By not calling Sawston a CDMO she has managed to, again, sewn confusion with the Advent arrangement.
