It hasn't been scheduled yet, but it's supposed to be within 13 months of the previous one, so June at the latest if they do it on time. Frankly I don't know that the SEC or others really care that Annual Meetings are conducted on time, I've seen companies that ignored them completely and still remained on the OTC exchange or the Pinks.
