If he had any legal ground to stand on, he would have replied to the court, not hid from the lawsuit, summons and court notices repeatedly. Why did he produce nothing to back himself up in the lawsuit if he’s correct, but he has time to post long winded rants on Facebook?! I mean FACEBOOK! Seriously?!
