They did and their claims were roundly dismissed as nothing more than baseless message board chatter. I'd assume if we went to round 2 the same result would play out. I wouldn't recommend this as a good use of time or resources.

Or if the data is in gray area then I’d suppose quite a few shareholders will consider that approach.

My sense is that the final FDA guideline document will come out in April. I have followed the trajectory of a similar guideline document for medical device trials that they finally released after 28 months earlier this year. This timeline puts pharma guideline doc to be finally released in April 2022. Again, all IMHO.
