No. Medicine is in constant change, and it's always advancing. Breathless hossanas of silver bullets and magic beans are rife in laymen 'history'. As are crackpot accusations, conspiracy theories, and other nonsense.

Be an investor. Watch for clinical progress of our S1 agonists. They may well prove very therapeutic and useful. This is biotech, not Candyland.

Excellent thoughts. Honesty and integrity must get valued in any academic/regulatory environment of course. Sad to say institutional politics poisons just about everything it touches. My instincts told me something is wrong years ago when I studied how many failed AD AMYLOID attempts had been made. Very obvious something was/is fundamentally wrong. The lack of analysis on contradictions to the thesis tells me they were/are in denial. Just as you suggest.
