My point was to reinforce the overreach of a division in the Commission, which has been a complaint before.

There was no other way as inferred to manage an AP brought about by all the mitigating circumstances acknowledged by Chief Justice Foelak in her dismissal.

IMO the case was handled extremely well and DBMM had no intention ever of agreeing to be revoked . There are no fines associated with Delayed filings and to suggest opinions with no basis is disingenuous.
