My big regret is not flipping this when I was in green. Just one on many bag holders stuck with this loser. No BB, no billion$ loans. All hype from a bunch of flippers!
I agree. Henry is a huge part of it as well. We need closure on deals and loans. No argument there. But Flippers and MM's combined absolutely keep the price down.
