I am not sure why it sounds such a good idea for an extension,or is it supposed to scare investors.

And seeing as how at least one 90 day extension has already been issued in this proceeding?

IT HASN’T! The order or dismissal never took effect because Foelak’s ruling was never finalized by the Board of Commissioners!
