Most likely it will, but it will take a long time. This is not a typical penny play that most are looking for. This is going to need revenues, QTR over QTR, and will act more like bigger company stock. The problem here is. the lack of clarity and the IR team insulting the shareholders with the acquisition details, or lack thereof. And since it will take revenues and deals, the share structure is high for that type of stock. It's not high for a typical penny play that runs on news and rumors, but it is for a real business build type of play. The annual report should shed some light on revenues and hopefully acquisition details, etc... I just wouldn't hold my breath for fireworks.
