If I recall, the ASM doesn’t have to occur until 13 months following the last meeting. So that puts the ASM into June or thereabouts. LP and LG have handled the communication process very poorly, just no way around that fact. But water under the bridge at this point.
They have to show their hand well in advance of the ASM since they need to go about deciding what’s needed for the proxy to be prepared and distributed, and getting shareholders onboard with whatever they’re recommending.
I just can’t see them waiting too much past March. But the goal posts have already been moved so many times, the football has to be kicked out of the stadium into the next town just to make a field goal. So who knows what these knuckleheads will do?
