Giving away a billion dollars is absurd

These private companies are in conservatorship and supposedly in financial
trouble.

They shouldn’t be donating anything to anyone let alone a billion dollars.

Those idiots at FHFA should be preventing them from doing this but no FHFA
is encouraging this type of nonsense.
