My impression from prior more detailed descriptions - FNMA programs are aimed at WORKING people trying to move up

And ---- IMO - the more F and F do this type of stuff (done with working people at 80% exposure) -- the more they position themselves to be releases as equity owned utilities - which best I see is the fastest door out of conservatorship
