I have a hard time connecting the publication/tld timing to ASM in any manner as I believe the publication date is out of the control of NWBO. I would think NWBO will push ASM off to the last minute so that the TLD/publication is out. Having TLD/publication prior to ASM will give NWBO another opportunity to shine the light on stellar results.
I'm hopeful the timeline happens in the way you describe, but it's up to the journal to make that happen.
