BMW..If..a.,Co, borrows..and L2-shows-Stxg./.appears..and-Stays..what's.Expected-with shares put on sale or to be bid up and bought during that time period that... has been assumed to be an order is being filled to convert shares to collect debts owed. from a MM

This post is one opinion only.. and there are others
But there are some concerns amongst what may be called the silent majority that trades stock and does not post often..or repeatedly

Using a commonly known term ..conversions to collect the debt is a concern when bidding higher..

Raises a Question ,
Is a clarification needed more than one time during a period that this is showing up on L-2 as recently..as at the present time
Plus it may be worth repeating for some and not all

This not being a bash type but instead an informative type of current DD. For some possibly interested to go over a big picture for the present period..

And
This is one basic reason traders that are on the sidelines waiting for lowered prices and some that post on it actualkyn saying where they want to add some shares..either to hold long or flip it

This is similar to traders that average down that the term bagholders may get applied to and there possible concerns when buying before seeing a pop/ drop from some that are savvy with shares Above Core holdingx possibly bought and to add
In multi millions @ 000's , 00's with extra trading shares and at times do bring in small and large profits

This is a business when it comes to trading
Every stock on the OTC Rodeo has this as a concern
No Matter what the story will be for the future

Then some
Traders do come in for the action.. going on and actually there have been times this has been pointed out here with enthusiasm on fast profit.. made off of recent bids very similar to the MM' plays .
and are not buying the big picture

And actually come to buy/sell in the action.

There is both sides to any scensrio or situation
One point to be made when OTC DD comes down to any ..future date to add or buy it leads up to a real possibility of a disappointment either due to delay or some other factor involved

This then creates what is termed bagholders .,that hold with Hope as some have indicated holding shares bought higher .

This also leads to Some possibly being less interested in the stock before a possible catalyst shows to actually bring in revenue that will show in the next Q-report

Experience with history that usually repeats in the market may be debatable..but it remains a concern
