What happens when companies don’t file for THREE YEARS?

They’re investigated.

Even Foelak said the OIP was PROVEN and DBMM was GUILTY of breaking the 10K and 10Q filing statutes.

What happens to idiotic companies that are found guilty of that?

They’re sanctioned.

Period. End of story. Full stop. Whatever other nutty little saying that’s being felt like using.
