Thank you for posting that. Perhaps there is hope.

However, before I get too excited, I have some concern that this will focus on NYSE and NASDAQ stocks, and not be applied, or at least not as rigorously applied, on the otc. I would love to see whatever new rules come out applied across the board, but I suspect that regulators will start at the top of the pyramid and work down. The sheer number of otc stocks suggest that putting new rules into effect across the bpoard on day 1 could be problematic.
