Did DBMM run afoul of the SEC regulatory statutes regarding financials?

They most certainly did. For almost a full THREE YEARS!

They were most gracious at stating that they did so willingly and with pleasure. In fact, the head of DBMM (Linda Perry) even went so far as to say that DBMM should be “lauded” for making such a decision!

My opinion is that the SEC should PUNISH DBMM to the full extent that is allowable.

But opinions vary.
