It has been over one year since Tim has addressed the shareholders with a letter to the shareholders. The last line of the February 2021 letter says he will keep us abreast of what is going on. That obviously has not happened.
It will be interesting to see what is in the 10-K. Hopefully, something more than convertible debt issued to his buddy Hoppel! Unfortunately, that will more than a month away.
