Pathetic.

Looks like the only way they could get their products into stores was to become their own distributor.

If the products were in demand, stores would be begging distributors for displays and the current distributors would be stocking every store in sight.

Now it looks like the co. is gonna strong-arm stores into stocking them whether they want to or not.


More dilution for shareholders.

The Purchase Price shall consist of up to CAD $1,254,760 or 19% of the Purchase Price in cash ("Cash") and the remaining CAD $5,349,240 or 81% of the Purchase Price in Common Shares of TAAT™ (the "Consideration Shares").
