I Have! I told my wife what is wrong with this picture? We were going up steps to get up to see the ships above us. LOL Always heard water runs down hill. Along with other things. Just makes you wonder how engineers ever drew these plans up? Probably why they named it BOURBON ST. Not trying to be smart a--, Just trying to find a little humor in times we ALL need it.
