Can't guarantee a MACOM announcement but I can guarantee the LWLG Patent being issued officially 1 March. "ACTIVE REGION-LESS POLYMER MODULATOR INTEGRATED ON A COMMON PIC PLATFORM AND METHOD"... Patent # 11262605

As a reminder, this patent is for a driverless modulator, which has been the topic of discussion on the board today and in the past as a potential product announcement partnered with MACOM.

Obviously, a press release on a patent being issued, coupled with a product introduction that uses the patent and ties in LWLG... would be welcome.

And for further guessing, if the approach works for a new MACOM modulator, other vendors will want the same advantages, and LWLG can offer licensing and the freedom of manufacture rights.

Only 1 gurantee, other ideas are supposition.
