The “no dilution” claim by Foote is funny. All he is doing is returning stock he would not be able to sell for many many many years because of Rule 144 and essentially issuing new stock in its place that will be able to be sold much sooner.
There is absolutely no difference between what he is doing and what would happen if they only issued new stock for the acquisition alone.
But it’s always been about the head fake with these guys.
