No, actually the 700 bbls is probably flush production. When a well sits static for a while, the oil accumulates and floats to the top. When this bubble is pumped off, the water become more dominant. After several months, we will know more, but it is unlikely that the oil volume will increase, in fact, the oil volume may decrease
