More changes - (I can handle these)

Font in the "board" area(board.asp)/boards.asp change to times new roman, arial, to match rest of the site

Background colors on read msg and reply msg (or post msg) to Silver rgb=#E6E8FA

get rid of border color..very ugly..have NO border color

I point this out, because I am at school testing it out on various browsers, OSs, machines, etc
