My understanding for the JV PR is that Movychem held ALL IP rights and sales rights in the US.

So my take is Xeriant is dealing with that directly with Movychem in order to work on those US
Sales together, without Xeriant Europe in between.

But I hope to see that clarified once the JV will be announced… hopefully by the end of February.
