BS......escrows were given in conjunction with the WMIL-T, the litigating section, which was supposed to prosecute claims for equity....the escrows are dead and removed from our brokerage accounts.....now i ask you again, and again, and again do you really have documents that say WMIH is going to give you money for your REMOVED MARKERS?........ESCROWS ARE DEAD, and buried......where does it say WMIH is going to make a disbursement of money to you......?....please, again, escrows are dead, WMIH says nothing in any documents that say they have obligations to the bk closing that they already made.......STOP WISHING AND DREAMING AND POSTING THAT YOU KNOW MORE THAN WHAT ROSEN SAID.........he said no money flow to equity.... period, and yes, I can read the lines, and between the lines... its over, done no one is going to pay you anything more than what you got when Susman left the mediation hearings.....
