The fact is dark pools exist in every market on earth. The fact of them being used legally is a whole different topic. If the hedgefunds and market makers were playing by all the rules they would not be under investigation now for racketeering and RICO illegal activities.

The fact is these hedge funds and market makers use the dark pool to illegally create synthetic shares of stocks such as gncp and others, because it is the dark pool they are not reported with the normal FTD process.

This is why I believe GNCP even mentioned the art of "cellar boxing". This is a great article that I hope everyone takes time to read, very well could be what has happened with gncp.
