Hard to know but I do not think institutions will pile in 1) until it is uplisted and 2) not at prices they consider too high. You’d need individuals and individuals on the OTC are mostly traders, and they are not reliable on the OTC. I don’t want to be a stick in the mud, no one really can know unless it happens, but I have been in enough companies on the OTC and shorted to know that you generally have to be very patient.
