Zalviny.....read Bizreaders post... he says that wmih has sought ways to protect 103 years of corporate wealth by various schemes through title chains with different corporations maneuvers....I said many years ago that why does Wmih have to pay for assets they already own..... this was a simple, yet complicated chapter 11, restructuring of assets....why does Wmih have to cannabalize 103 years of corporate wealth, (if any), and give it to shareholders?...what legal documents say passive shareholders who bought bk shares are entitled to billions in corporate wealth?.....some cogent questions before anyone waits by the mailbox for a check.....
