Well stated ilt, especially the point of "Too many Murphy's Law event to blame on bad luck." Every fiber of my professional existence for the last nearly 30 years, is premised upon the concept that when one marches into court with facts supporting the law, and law supporting the facts, one can march in with a reasonable degree of confidence that one should prevail. Yet in this instance, facts and law were wholly ignored and the courts acted as if they are not even accountable.
