She was much better as a senator, I agree but she's in a position right now where she can't just go off script.

As an accomplished prosecutor though, I highly doubt she lacks any confidence. She was fiery as hell when she grilled people in congress too.

I just think there's too much at stake right now for her to show any emotion.

She wasn't giving a stump speech. She was speaking to leaders from other countries, and there was no room for error.
