Wouldn’t be surprised if Nader sold on the inside info with the BLA pump then shorted it knowing the truth would come out

Thanks for posting. This doesn’t nothing for Cytodyn but I love watching all the conspiracy theories.

Can you trace this to the failed BLA, FDA letter, failed trials or Nader getting shit-canned! You know, because if Cytoscam was done wrong by the short sellers, firing the CEO makes sense. Laughing! Can’t make this stuff up

PNW Ironman - Putting baddies in cages - YESSSSSS!

Fellow CytoDyners - isn't it about time that the BIG NET came down on those that have gone out of their way to impede CytoDyn? Well, it appears the fabled SEC and DOJ are starting to reveal the goal of their quest:

Liked a few quotes:

"A racketeering case could allow prosecutors to ensnare a broad swathe of investors involved in an alleged "criminal enterprise," even if they participated indirectly, lawyers said."

"Among the activities the Justice Department is investigating is whether funds conspired to perpetrate a so-called "short and distort scheme," sources have previously told Reuters.

In such a scheme the funds would have placed trades that stood to profit if a company's stock fell and then issued false or misleading negative research reports about the company.

Prosecutors are also investigating the relationships between the short-sellers who publish the reports and hedge funds and other investors that may have profited, the sources have said."

"RICO statutes haven’t been used in this realm often in recent years, but they aren’t limited to organized crime," Robert Frenchman of Mukasey Frenchman LLP in New York said. "It’s certainly in the prosecutors’ toolbox."

****

Going to need a lot of cages...Looks like the SEC and DOJ ARE taking their time and using a BIG net. ...And all those scary bedtime stories involving CytoDyn appear to be misplaced. Those seeking to illegally work against CytoDyn and other equities might find themselves adjusting to a new orange-hued "society."
