With every respect to Marjac Epadi filing:
JT/Amarin did Appeal Timely - hired what should be the best Law firm in USA for the Job - and where thrown out - of Dyk and Renya - looking like clowns - Rule 36.
Amarin did try to 'Repair the disaster' - but hit a Wall' as did Marjac.
This is my point - Amarin' - God himself' - would not have made any difference. These two (corrupt life-appointed democratic Judges) would have protected Obama appointed Judge DU - even she had claimed that Borders are Racist - against Latinos (which the deep socialist (mad) Judge actually did).
How can anyone defend a person in power with this sort of insane behavior ?
Well AP Court Could' - Again for the second time' - featuring the same two Judges - Dyk and Renya. A total disgrace and embarrassment for US Justice Systems !
