While NWBO did get one part of Sawston certified when they ‘expected’ they would late last year

They really didn't even do that. At the beginning of '21 they estimated they would have Sawston certified and producing by Q3. They didn't get certified til late Q4 and obviously just started producing.

Just because they released a PR 'updating' the timing (after the original due date) doesn't mean they were 'on time'.
