Is the problem that we are not able to show MOA linked to RRR other than lipid reduction ?
Seems to me they only talk about LDL lowering and not outcome.
So the R-IT label we got in EU doesn't help us at all in Denmark.
How can we prove that we are better in RRR than Fibrate and PCSK-9 ?

Also seem to me that not being part of treatment protocol is a HUGE issue. How can Amarin influence and get into treatment protocols ?
