I work in a Bank and my understanding that a stock on the otcbb is not acepted at the canadian banks. I sent mi e in and it was mailed back to me saying they can not take otcbb. I think you should call the brokerage firm for TD to confirm. People at branch level wiuld not know the restrictions. I was told once a stock moves up to otc qb or otc qx they can be negotiated. Just my thoughts.
