Any contract “extensions” with brokers/third parties, are not related to 8-K extensions Henry issues for the BB. Brokers/third parties don’t just extend their Agreements with Henry, simply because Henry was unable to meet the original stated timelines and has to keep filing extensions.
Guaranteed that any shares purchased by brokers/third parties, in 2019 or before, and possibly 2020, with the intention of selling to Henry, are not under “contract” anymore.
If Henry was able to renegotiate terms, that is possible, but there is no way that terms from 2019 and before are still in effect.
Let’s be realistic.
