This news was posted on other boards, just not here. I think it was because Surfkast had such a choke-hold on this board. Unless he could turn into some revenge porn plot line featuring Mezey, he wasn't interested having it posted. God forbid actual news from this year gets posted here when you could rehash 2017 some more.
Anyway - not to say that SIGO is/has been a poster child for corporate governance, but it would be nice to focus on the here & now. And see what this agreement could mean to SIGO shareholders.
