Are you aware escrows were deleted, deemed worthless, and no further distribution will be made. No more tax forms, no more anything.

goodie, you are correct, the FDIC adds nothing to our present value, but the Fed's 10 year rate is causing COOP Value and PPS to take off. It is up today 2.45%, which adds greatly to the Mark to Market. People will soon realize how this is a God send to us that hold COOP.
