When COOP sells their Auction Exchange (~$1 billion worth or more IMO) we could see $70+ within one day :-)

They said the Auction Exchange is the "most valuable of the XOME business units" in the Q3 call, and "it's worth a lot" in the Q4 call.

He has been making $73 projection for a while now. Finally we have crossed $50 and even one if the analyst is predicting $71. I think by next year we could reach this number.
