My prayer is Dr. Denner has a buyer lined up. It's been pointed out multiple times on this board we're an Irish based company and there's more red tape. Someone that's researched it can weigh in on what that entails. Recently there was a discussion about how problematic it is to axe members of the BOD and gain a majority on said. Unfortunately it's not as black and white as a company based in the States.
