md3434, I don't follow your question? The filing by the Baker Brothers shows a reduction in ownership. Many funds have several different names under one umbrella many times offshore for tax purposes many are domiciled in the Caymans, Isle of Man etc but beneficially (which means absolute total shares owned) for the purposes of reporting their ownership they must include all the various entities collectively in the filing to show the total % of the ownership of the shares outstanding of the said company they invested in.
