Onco was supposed to have already done this in the framework of the original deal last year. This is an admission that ONPH couldn't raise money for the testing.... and still won't be able to, imo. They are as fraudulent of a company as Regen. All promises to keep the koosians in a tizzy. But many are now seeing the ruse.

Funny how Oncofakeapharma didn't pony up more money or shares.
