99.9% dont get caught. Why? No one is even looking. They arent even scared when they get caught. They are going to court while their back office continues to print money(fabricated shares). Its too easy with Pennies. 99% of them die and go away anyway… why not force that failing hand while striping billions from the common folk investor. Now think where Regen was. About to be delisted. Then a sudden 180 turn. You can bet your ass people NEED Koos to fail or they gonna be some problems. And for the .1% dumb enough to get caught, there just was no way to hide.

The real fairytale is that illegal “naked” shorting doesnt happen.

Everyone has an Opinion! My opinion is that RGBP is being Manipulated!

Okay. LOL

I can't argue that everyone is entitled to their own opinion.

But I think it is more the fact that when people don't know how something works, it's automatically something "bad."

Basically the same thing when science was first born. It was considered "witchcraft." LOL

The problem is, you gave me an article about market manipulation. You tried to tie that into why this stock is a penny. But the journal article doesn't conform to your "hypothesis" in that the article is vague about many details.

You pointed out one way to manipulate a stock. However, that doesn't tie into what your assertion of "this stock was driven down to a penny, so it has to be manipulation."

It's not market manipulation. It's economics.

No one is driving the price down to a penny and keeping it there because of "manipulation." Price formation and price discovery play a bigger part in the economics of stock trading.

And lastly, the article only talks about how manipulation works to PROFIT when circumstances either look favorable or non favorable.

Where do you think the price of this stock should be? Let me guess... A dollar right?

It is illegal, difficult to detect, but alleged in many instances

There is more to the sentence.

This is what it says from the article:

It is illegal, difficult to detect, but alleged in many
instances—both correctly and, often, incorrectly—on
Internet stock-chat message boards.

Often times, it is incorrectly believed. Like I said.

The very article you produced even backs up my claim.
