Thanks Slim Jim for your updates on institutional ownership. Obvious that this is a very positive development and adding more pressure on the shorts and mm’s to find shares. I notice that a lot of longs are adding as well. I like that
I also like to add two remarks to this board to some of the messengers who critique Lebby on not giving more concrete information on NDA partners or timing on commercialization or production.
It’s illegal to give privileged information to a select group of people ( Benzinga). SEC regulations forbid : “ … more complete disclosure of information on anything that directly and indirectly influences or might influence financial results or stock price”.
About production ( the last leg ) Lebby said as much as he could say:
“ photo stability ( robustness) is what customers ask. Lebby: . “ I think most people did not understand the true importance of this statement “ I would add in production ( with lasers and EUV lithography) and during operation.
Lebby: quote “When you work with foundries, foundries have timelines, foundries have cycle times and so we're working within the foundries cycle times and their road maps and so that takes time, these things don't happen overnight, as you know. In the IC business, its no different than the IC business except that we have technology that is additive to silicon photonics. So you have to work with the normal foundry cycle. I don't think that's a barrier, I think we're just working through it.” unquote
Let me add, since they are working ‘through it’ since ( early) last year, it seems very likely that the next Foundry product launch cycle should include Lightwave.
