Thank you, it is greatly appreciated! I figured there is a legitimate delay for the audit and not that he is holding it back to release at a specific time (ie IPC or closing of the reg a, etc) although part of me wishes that is the case. I agree PHIL has so much going on it is hard to keep up.

BTW Saving Private Ryan is in my top 3 favorite military/war movies of all time.

Of course, 4 years isn't enough time to do the international GAAP audit.
Especially that Vietnam is on Mars and there aren't any Big 4 auditing firms there to do it. I think it is safe to say 8 years may be more like it in regards to the expected time frame for the audit completion.
