congrats on your promo -

so far each hearing is taking about 30 minutes - and the first 3 hearings involve the same companies - different issues.

ours is the last case to be heard. purely my thoughts - being last might allow some deviation from the tight schedule (i.e. more time for more questions).

as to what to expect - personally....I expect the worst - not because of Marjac - but because our court system has lost their marbles and because AMRN is cursed...so anything that goes our way I will be pleasantly surprised. the fact that they agreed to hear our case vs. dismissing outright the way they do to the majority of appeals filed - is not too shabby.
